Launched in 2007, Eastham Capital now has four funds under management. Eastham Capital Fund I, LP, Eastham Capital Fund II, LP and Eastham Capital Fund III, LP are fully invested in multifamily real estate and are nearing stabilization and disposition. Eastham Capital Fund IV, LP was launched in April 2014 and is currently investing in multifamily real estate.
