Born and raised in West Palm Beach, Carl moved to New York City.

After completing his education, he worked with one of Manhattan’s top interior designers. During that time, he worked on design projects for New York City’s most iconic landmarks such as Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, The Metropolitan Museum of Art, and social events at the Carlyle, Stanhope, and Four Seasons.

In Atlanta, he opened one of the most successful and sought-after retail design studios. With over 30 years of experience in residential and commercial interior design, event planning and floral art, he has been featured in several national and regional magazines including Veranda, Victoria Magazine, and Atlanta Homes and Lifestyles.

I grew up in a small town in Kansas (yes there are people that live there besides Dorothy and TOTO) and lived there all my life until 2012.  I have been a Registered Nurse for the past 26 years of my life and worked primarily in the emergency room (yes….very stressful).  I love working with people and have always had the passion of making people have fun!  I enjoy planning parties and will have a camera in my hands every time you see me at a party!

All food, including our hormone-free chicken and turkey which we roast daily, is expertly prepared at our off-site professional catering kitchen and lovingly assembled in our food truck to meet each and every one of our customers’ requests.

Outside the Box’s ever expanding gourmet menu is both bold and creative. We will go outside the box and create new and unexpected twists on the classics by fusing flavors, all within the realm of healthy eating.
