Brittany Demetrius, Carly Doerrer, and Greg Montalvo are welcome additions to the 561Media sales department. In addition to their sales duties, they have also been tasked by Kris Mortensen, Sales VP, with improving client support through a new customer service initiative aimed at expanding post-sale support and increased client-salesperson interaction. When announcing their employment, Kris said, “We believe that while new clients are obviously a primary focus, we must continue to service our existing clients and foster those relationships. Nearly 90% of our business is recurring or directly sourced from existing clients. It is something we are very proud of and I am confident that Brittany, Carly, and Greg will help to further reinforce our commitment to our clients.”
In addition to these new hires in the sales department, the burgeoning website development boutique has added a programmer and website developer to bolster the operational department. Graham Stachowiak will act as a support programmer for senior programmer Smit Shah as well as a fulfillment agent for existing client updates. Daniel Kariamis will serve as both an SEO technician and development specialist, intricately involved in both the development and marketing aspects of the company’s operational departments.
