Data Deletion Instructions

1. What this page covers
561 Media Inc. (“561 Media”) operates the 561 Media App on Meta’s platform. Businesses and creators who work with us may connect a Facebook Page, an Instagram professional account, or an ad account to it through Facebook Login. This page explains what we receive and how to have it deleted. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
2. Data we may receive
- Your name, profile ID, and email address from Facebook Login
- Facebook Page and Instagram professional account details, posts, comments, and insights
- Messages in the Instagram inbox of an account you connected, and partnership conversations with creators
- Public creator profile information returned by Instagram Creator Marketplace, such as username, bio, follower count, and business contact details the creator has chosen to share
- Advertising, lead form, and catalog data for ad accounts you authorized
We use this data only to deliver marketing services to the business that connected the account. We do not sell it.
3. Remove the app’s access
You can stop all future access at any time from Facebook:
- Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy, then Settings.
- Select Business integrations (for Pages and ad accounts) or Apps and websites.
- Find “561 Media App” and select Remove.
For Instagram, open Settings, then Website permissions, then Apps and websites, and remove 561 Media App.
4. Request deletion of your data
Removing the app stops new access. To delete data we already hold:
- Email info@561media.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request.”
- Include your name and the Facebook Page, Instagram account, or ad account involved.
- We confirm receipt within 2 business days and delete the data within 30 days, then email you a confirmation.
Some records may be kept where the law requires it, such as invoices. If you are a creator who appeared in a Creator Marketplace search, the same process removes your details from our records.
