Open Position
Account Manager (Entry Level)
We are looking for an entry-level Account Manager with a strong foundation in social media, paid media, and core marketing fundamentals. This is not a purely administrative account role. You will own day-to-day client communication, but you also need to understand the work itself: what a healthy content calendar looks like, how a Meta or Google Ads campaign is structured, and why a funnel converts or does not.
You will manage a portfolio of client accounts, keep projects moving through our systems, and make sure every client knows exactly where their work stands.
Three things we will not compromise on.
This role sits between our clients and our delivery team, so you need a real working foundation in all three.
Social Media
Platform best practices across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Content planning, short-form video trends, influencer and creator partnerships, community management, and reading engagement metrics.
Paid Media
Familiarity with Meta Ads and Google Ads: campaign structure, audiences and targeting, budgets, and the metrics that matter (CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, ROAS).
Marketing Fundamentals
Positioning, funnels, offers, email marketing basics, and how organic and paid channels work together to drive revenue.
You will also need
- Working knowledge of influencer marketing: sourcing and vetting creators, negotiating deliverables, UGC briefs, and measuring partnership ROI
- Excellent written and verbal communication; you will be in front of clients daily
- Strong organization and follow-through; able to juggle multiple accounts and deadlines without dropping details
- Comfortable learning tools quickly (we use Asana, GoHighLevel, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and Google Workspace)
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or business, or equivalent hands-on experience
- Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts across social media, paid media, web, and SEO engagements
- Build, present, and manage monthly social media content calendars alongside our content team, and ensure posts are approved, scheduled, and published on time
- Coordinate paid media campaigns with our media buyers: gather creative assets, confirm targeting and budgets with clients, and translate performance reports into plain-English updates
- Manage influencer and creator campaigns: source and vet creators, coordinate rates and deliverables, brief UGC content, and track partnership performance
- Prepare and lead client status calls, recap next steps in writing, and keep deliverables tracked in our project management system
- Monitor account health: watch engagement, ad performance, and deliverable timelines, and flag issues before the client does
- Draft client-facing communication that is clear, professional, and on-brand
- Support onboarding of new clients: kickoff calls, asset collection, access requests, and internal handoffs
- Spot upsell opportunities inside existing accounts and surface them to leadership
None of these are required, but they will move you up the list:
- Internship or 1+ year of experience at an agency or in an in-house marketing team
- Hands-on experience running or assisting on live ad campaigns, even small budgets
- Experience creating short-form video content (Reels, TikTok)
- Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, basic copywriting ability
- Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification
- CRM experience (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar)
